By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details to yourself. One account per person. Tell us at hello@bluelightleavers.com if you think someone else has used your account.

The app gives career guidance, planning tools and AI assisted drafts. It is not legal advice, financial advice, pension advice, medical advice or employment law advice. Check anything that affects your pension, your service record or a formal process with a qualified adviser or your federation or union. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or any particular outcome.

Drafts are produced by an AI model from what you type. They can be wrong. Read everything before you send it and make sure it is true. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

Do not put protectively marked material, live operational detail, or the personal data of third parties into the app. Do not share your account, resell the content, or try to break the service. We can suspend an account that does.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the plan you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from More, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT where it applies.

You have 14 days to change your mind about a subscription or a service under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start digital delivery or coaching inside that period and it is completed, the right to cancel ends. Written services already delivered are not refundable, but tell us if something is not right and we will put it right. Email hello@bluelightleavers.com.

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to process it so the app can work. Our guides, plan content, prompts and designs stay ours and are for your personal use only.

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of earnings or loss of opportunity.

We may update these terms and will post the date at the top. Complaints go to hello@bluelightleavers.com and we aim to reply within five working days.
